Yes! Creating an account and posting standard listings is completely free. We also offer Pro membership plans with extra features like more photos and featured placement.

Simply create a free account, then click Post Ad to list your first item. It takes less than 2 minutes.

Click Post Ad in the navigation bar, follow the 5-step process: choose a category, add details, set your location, upload photos, and review before publishing.

Standard ads are active for 30 days. Pro members enjoy extended durations. You can renew or repost from your dashboard at any time.

Our moderation team reviews all new listings to ensure quality and safety. This usually takes less than 24 hours, and you will receive an email once approved.

Free listings support up to 5 photos. Pro members can upload up to 20 high-resolution photos per listing.

Click Sign Up in the top navigation, enter your name, email, and a password. You will be logged in immediately.

Go to Edit Profile and update your password in the Security section. If you have forgotten it, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Contact our support team via the Contact Us page and we will process your request within 48 hours.

Each person should have one account only. Multiple accounts are against our terms of service and may result in all accounts being suspended.

DealDone facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. Most transactions are arranged directly between parties — we recommend meeting in person and paying with cash for local deals.

For in-person meetings, cash is safest. Never pay via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards for someone you have not met in person.

Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. Membership refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Always meet in a busy, well-lit public place. Bring a friend, let someone know where you are going, and trust your instincts. Never meet at a private address.

Click the Report button on any listing. Our moderation team reviews all reports within hours and takes action on confirmed violations.

Your contact details are never shown publicly. Buyers contact you through our in-app messaging system. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

We offer Free, Basic, and Pro plans. Pro members get priority listing approval, more photos, featured placement, and analytics. Visit our Pricing page for details.

Go to the Pricing page and select a plan. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard under Membership. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the billing period.

Yes, memberships renew automatically each month or year depending on your plan. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
