How do I post an ad?+

Click Post Ad in the navigation bar, follow the 5-step process: choose a category, add details, set your location, upload photos, and review before publishing.

How long does my ad stay active?+

Standard ads are active for 30 days. Pro members enjoy extended durations. You can renew or repost from your dashboard at any time.

Why is my listing pending review?+

Our moderation team reviews all new listings to ensure quality and safety. This usually takes less than 24 hours, and you will receive an email once approved.

How many photos can I add?+

Free listings support up to 5 photos. Pro members can upload up to 20 high-resolution photos per listing.

How do I create an account?+

Click Sign Up in the top navigation, enter your name, email, and a password. You will be logged in immediately.

How do I change my password?+

Go to Edit Profile and update your password in the Security section. If you have forgotten it, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

How do I delete my account?+

Contact our support team via the Contact Us page and we will process your request within 48 hours.

Can I have multiple accounts?+

Each person should have one account only. Multiple accounts are against our terms of service and may result in all accounts being suspended.

DealDone facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. Most transactions are arranged directly between parties β€” we recommend meeting in person and paying with cash for local deals.

What payment methods are safe?+

For in-person meetings, cash is safest. Never pay via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards for someone you have not met in person.

How do I get a refund on a membership?+

Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. Membership refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Click the Report button on any listing. Our moderation team reviews all reports within hours and takes action on confirmed violations.

Your contact details are never shown publicly. Buyers contact you through our in-app messaging system. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard under Membership. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the billing period.

Yes, memberships renew automatically each month or year depending on your plan. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
