By creating an account or using any part of our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Basic listings are free. Premium membership and featured listing packages are charged as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
DealDone is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any item listed.
You must not use the Platform to: harass, threaten, or harm other users; scrape or collect user data; attempt to bypass security measures; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.
All content, logos, and trademarks on DealDone are the property of DealDone or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealDone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or site notice.
